Use descriptive text for your bricks

Use descriptive text for your bricks

Use descriptive text for your bricks

For the system to suggest the best tasks for your project, try to make brick text as descriptive as possible (but remember the limit is 70 characters).

For example, if the top brick is named “Launch Brick”, the AI is unlikely to understand that Brick is a mobile app and suggest relevant subgoals. That’s why a detailed title like “Launch a productivity mobile app” is going to work much better.

Descriptive brick text ≠ lame project names

The AI “sees” the text of your top brick, but not the name of the project (you can change it at the top of your project). That lets you customize the project name without worrying about AI accuracy.

So, as long as you keep your brick text descriptive, don’t be afraid of going w!ld with your project name.

Comprehensive results may take more than one output

Our system produces up to 10 suggestions per generation. That covers most applications well, but may not be enough to break down more complex goals comprehensively.

When in doubt, simply add whatever works and hit ⟳ to get new results.

Our AI sees all the tasks that you’ve already added to the brick you’re breaking down. So it will never repeat itself and help you get comprehensive answers and find hidden gems in no time.
